A spokesman for the Sindh chief minister has said that the sugarcane price will continue to be Rs 60 per maund as fixed by the Sindh government and there has been no change in it.

In a statement, he described as incorrect a statement of former Sindh agriculture minister Hasan Ali Chaniho that the cane price has been reduced from Rs 60 to Rs 58 per maund.
